Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Experiwall service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Experiwall reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Description of Service

Experiwall provides a paywall experimentation platform that includes a visual paywall builder, A/B testing tools, audience targeting, analytics, and mobile SDKs. The service is provided as-is and we continuously improve and update features.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Experiwall. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Experiwall only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to distribute malware, engage in fraud, violate any applicable law, or infringe on the rights of others.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of paywalls and in-app purchases complies with the policies of Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and any other distribution platforms you use.

Payment and Billing

During the early access period, Experiwall is offered at no cost. When paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be communicated in advance.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

Experiwall and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Experiwall and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our service, branding, and documentation may not be reproduced without permission.

You retain ownership of all content you create using Experiwall, including paywall designs, experiment configurations, and analytics data. We claim no ownership over your content.

Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your own compliance with data protection laws (such as GDPR) as they relate to the end-user data collected through the Experiwall SDK in your apps.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experiwall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
